Life is like a game of dodgeball, but instead of rubber balls, it's throwing neuroses, depression, existential crises and responsibilities at us. And let's be real, we're all getting hit left and right. Take me, for example. I'm currently juggling more responsibilities than a circus clown with a dozen balls, trying to keep it all together while the world around me is on fire. And the cherry on top? The cost of therapy and psychiatrists is so prohibitively high, it's making my depression worse. It all feels like a never-ending cycle of emotions. My daily depression turns into anxiety, which turns into exhaustion, which turns back into depression. Fun times.

Many people suggest doing yoga or some other physical activity to cope with all the stress and dissatisfaction, but let's be real - saying your "oms" and downward dog are not for everyone. Personally, I'd rather just sit on my couch and scroll through memes that make me feel seen and understood. Even if they're depressing ones.
